One of the most noticeable results of dyno tuning a Hino 500 is the increase in horsepower and torque. Although the Hino 500 has a strong engine, a dyno tune can unlock even more power. 

As shown above, this Hino 500 showed an increase from 169 horsepower and 554 Nm of torque to 215 horsepower and 734 Nm of torque at the wheels. Correspondingly this shows a 27% increase in power and 32% increase in torque.

Another advantage of dyno tuning a Hino 500 is improved fuel efficiency. Concurrently, when the engine is running optimally, it uses less fuel, which can lead to significant cost savings over time.

In essence we can calculate the estimated flywheel ratings based on factory power output and actual power at the wheels.
