This customer reached out to us for a custom Volvo Globetrotter Dyno Tune for some well needed power and torque upgrades.
Powered by its D16K engine this F16 has a lot of grunt from factory, this customer was chasing more power and torque for heavy loads and improved fuel economy.
We achieved this via the ECU – by changing factory parameters such as air fuel mixture to get the most out of the vehicle, specifically keeping longevity and reliability in mind.
Results from the Dyno Tune!
As shown above we can see the stock run totalled up to 539.9HP and 2496.9Nm measured at the wheels (Green)
Our expert team got to work making parameter changes to see increased power and torque, as well as improved fuel economy and better driveability.
In this situation, we seen an increase of 18% Power and 19% Torque.
Finally, adding up to a total of 636.3HP and 2979.3Nm of torque at the wheels!
