Recently, we had the opportunity to work on a 2019 Isuzu NPS75-155, equipped with a 4HK1 engine and manual transmission. Before initiating any modifications, we conducted baseline dyno runs to measure the stock performance of the Isuzu NPS75-155. These runs provided us with crucial data on the vehicle’s initial horsepower and torque at the wheels, setting a performance benchmark to gauge the effectiveness of our tuning process.
Our team of experts meticulously analyzed the baseline data to craft a custom ECU remap tailored to the specific needs of the Isuzu NPS75-155. The goal was to enhance fuel economy, power and torque while maintaining the vehicle’s reliability and safety.
The ECU remap involved adjusting various parameters such as fuel injection timing, turbo boost pressure, and air-fuel ratios. This precise calibration ensures that the engine operates at its optimal efficiency, resulting in significant performance gains.
After completing the ECU remap, we conducted another series of dyno runs to measure the vehicle’s performance with the new tune. The results were nothing short of impressive.
This translates to a 78% increase in horsepower and a 62% increase in torque, providing the Isuzu NPS75-155 with a substantial boost in performance.
